Pulsatile Objective Tinnitus

i have a noise in my right ear when turn my head to the left that everybody can hear it when they put their ear on my ear .. it is in the same time with my heartbeat and when I keepthe head to the left and hear the sound in the right ear I can stop it when I press the right part of my neck .. have done MRA of head and neck and nothing was found .. is anybody in the same boat with me ?

Yes I am in the same boat except that im not sure if someone else can hear it when they put their ear against mine
Was your MRI with a contrast medium?
