Hey guys, just wanted to post this link for everyone who is interested in this. This might help people whose T fluctuates or whose moods fluctuate and see if there is any correlation with sleep amounts and times of sleep. There is an interesting video about circadian rhythms and I thought many of us could benefit from this after taking a poll some days ago and finding that many on here have problems falling asleep and waking up.

If you look at the sleep diary form (link above), you will see it is more advanced in that it tells you to put down when you took medication, exercised, drank alcohol, or took caffeine. Very helpful!
