Des forums comme celui-ci sont à la fois une bénédiction et une malédiction. Je viens de trouver cela drôle on se levait sur vos grands chevaux et décidé de me conseiller et Michael lorsque Smith était plate dans l'erreur. Vous êtes l'un avec votre culotte dans un tas mon petit lapin. Si vous ne croyez pas en TRT puis vous avez tort. Il n'est pas un remède. Mais c'est utile d'accoutumance. Le cerveau peut s'adapter à des dommages neurologiques et fait tout le temps.

Un autre côté vous allez rire. Je n'avais aucune idée que Smith a été à partir de la France. J'honnêtement ne donnent pas une merde où il est de toujours et ne font pas. Il est grossier et il n'y a aucune raison pour cela et s'il veut être dégoûtante, il va le récupérer et qu'il a fait.

I feel like like I'm entittled to a deeper explanation on this argument or misunderstanding between you and me but I'm not sure I'll get enough time for this ... we'll see, but I'm deeply convinced you wrongly interpreted what I meant and talked a bit aggressively and being judgmental ... If you get a chance, yes, by all means, please state your case about the subject at hand with greater specificity. Would love to hear your position. I believe we are all humbled by how little we understand about this disorder, its mystery further strouded by inexplicable variation. In lieu of any bonafide cure, all we really have is to retrain the brain aka CBT and TRT to redirect focus away from the brain recognizing neurological if not physiological damage to our mechanical hearing apparatus and somehow each of us strike an elusive balance between some sound exposure to exercise a fragile hearing apparatus but not too much sound exposure as our injuries make each of us more susceptible to further degradation and heightened symptoms of T and H. A delicate balance we often fail at due to the uncertainty of life as I was reminded at a recent wedding I attended where I found the sound level at the reception overwhelming even with inadequate foam ear plugs.

Smith is a typo for Mith.
Translation: I had no idea that Mith was from France when I made the 3rd world comment.
Yes, all those that are sympathetic to France and believe America is the arrogant superpower were offended. I have spent time in Europe for both business and cycling and I like France FWIW on many levels. So that comment was misconstrued and meant to be a joke. Point is Philemon, it doesn't matter where Mith is from as there is no room for putting anybody down on this forum. Calling somebody a guru as a veiled reference and then others sheep who follow an orthodoxy that not only makes sense but has proven to help many is unacceptable. Its perfectly fine to disagree however. In fact, that is largely the purpose of the forum...a journey to the truth which is often rocky. For example I stated why I believe Mith is clearly misguided in substance. He never substantively rebutted my comments. Ad hominem attacks are no substitute for debating a position. Its a given that there is a physiological if not neurological disorder that precipitates T and H. This is accepted in the medical literature. The brain however in the case of neurology can and does compensate with passage of time. This is even true of all peripheral nerve injures where axon regeneration never returns precisely to its original state and yet the brain can accommodate.

The reality is we all struggle with this enigmatic disorder that even top scientists don't fully understand and I believe we should have compassion and empathy for each other. There is no reason to be disrespectful and if he wants to come here and act that way I am going to remind him it won't be tolerated.
