Is the target audience adults or kids? Also, why are they using glowing swords if they have space ship technology?!

Up until just a couple of years ago I haven't been thinking of Google as evil...

The target audience is probably kids or younger folk, just like the Marvel movies, but I really enjoy these films.
Hunker down when winter comes and check them out. You never know, you might find them fun. The swords are like a samurai or noble warrior thing....it is what it is.

Honestly the new marvel movies can't compare to the original trilogy. Not that they're bad, it's just that the original trilogy is like the stuff of legends.

Oh yes I've seen that video. Part of my slight bias against Disney. I was always fishy about them, especially after seeing that lion porn scene in lion king as I was a child.

Honestly the new marvel movies can't compare to the original trilogy. Not that they're bad, it's just that the original trilogy is like the stuff of legends.

Literature, art, music, film... everybody has different tastes.

I was pleased that Disney had a cast of all colors with important roles. It reflected the world I grew up in and exist in. I don't know about all the sexual stuff and subliminal manipulations. When the printing press was created, sexual imagery was printed and same with the history of photography. We are thinking animals... our biology and sex drive is a pretty tough thing to transcend. It's no wonder that the pornographers make so much money. Just look at ancient art from Greece, Japan, Benin... super sexual. None issue for me.

I sure as shit can't see Star Wars in the theater, so I'll have to wait another six months to nine months to get it on CD. I will have my eldest son report back to me... just seeing the enjoyment and sparkle in his eyes as he describes the film is wonderful for me.

I am in the minority of chronic bad tinnitus and very volatile hyperacusis. Theaters are out of the question even with plugs and earmuffs... what's the point to that. I have changed my life, I accept things as they are, many things I can't do. It's ok, I am cool with that.

I watch films at home and it's fine. I used to take my kids to the movie but the volume is beyond my threshold. Everybody has a different condition with different tolerances... take care.

A great film... nice and dark... loved the end when he's melting on the boiling earth with his legs cut off. "I have the high ground...don't do it".....

The new Joker won't make as much at the box office but is gonna be blood curdling... old school like Martin Scorsese's early work I reckon...

May the force be with us tinnitus sufferers and hyperacusis victims... has to be said.
