The Hearing Practice — Mrs Fiona Bateman

Has anyone any experience with Mrs Bateman? Her CV and testimonials look promising and I'm at my wits' end with my ENT who has no specialist knowledge of tinnitus at all. The only problem is that she is based in Herts and I'm in the north of England. Wondered if anyone had any good or bad experiences with her or the hearing practice before I look into booking an appointment and trekking down south.

She runs one of the support groups (Harpenden, St Alban's) but I have never attended. In the Herts area I recommend Bridgitte Harley who runs the Hearing clinic in Radlet. I was under her care at the start and still see her for wax removals.
