In this thread I hope members will post there interests and hobbies and any indoor or outdoor activities they do to pass the time of day.

Tinnitus can be hard going if live alone or not working and also find it hard to motivate themselves if depression takes hold.
We all understand about life with tinnitus and the unwanted emotions tinnitus comes with.

As this forum is world wide I bet there will be some fun things to do ( keep it clean ).... lots of love glynis

I had to quit my job because it was too noisy for me, it was in the industry, in the meantime gaming helped me through the day, it is and was a perfect distraction as it occupies most of your attention, downside is that sometimes games can spike my T, is it because the sound or the adrenaline, I don't know and I try not to think about it too much, I rather not give up on it as it is somewhat the only interaction with friends I have these days, no more clubbing for me..

Coming October I will start school to get a new job in another more quiet sector, this will provide new challenges.

Playing tennis and sleeping are my favorites. Also like to watch sports but still find it tough to concentrate.

I like doing my family tree ,
Helping on the forums,taking calls.
Visiting family,
Taking my cat and rabbit visit my dad in the care home and other residents.
Helping my mum as disabled .
Going for walks.
Lots of fun time with my little grandson.
Time with my cat and bunny.
The tinnitus group I help run.
Working part time .
Nights out .
Me time just to relax.
Love horror films........lots of love glynis

I make it a point to eat healthy and take care of myself - exercise, hygiene etc.
I spend time with my little elderly dogs. They love when we all take naps together.
I spend time each weekend thoroughly cleaning my cars inside and out. Whether they need it or not.
I also practice playing the piano although after a few minutes my dogs start complaining.
I love in the woods. So sometimes I sit outside and observe all the critters. Squirrels, hawks, snakes, wild rabbits, and in the evenings several large owls become active. And since we've had flooding here in Florida there are many ducks and geese playing in all this standing water.
Sometimes late at night I go for long drives in the car. Sometimes I go to my office at night and work. I can get quite a bit of work done because there are no interruptions.

Video games for sure.
I've always loved music and have been playing for about 7 years. I'll be darned if I'm not writing better songs for the piano and guitar, a little suffering can generate a lot of creativity apparently.
A new pastime I've developed since the onset is taking walks with my mother which I've decided now will be tradition for us.
Baths.
Boxing, though I haven't been to the gym since the onset yet. Gonna give it a bit more time.
