Interesting question!
Personally I don't think there is enough information on pre-disposition to 't', well-being, states of mind, health and energy -
and I don't mean on this website but in the world at large.
I
can tell you from my own experience that if you are predisposed to 't', like poor health, lacking nutrition, lacking sleep, or over exertion - which would certainly in some cases include masterbation - that tinnitus is a likely reflection of one or a number of those factors.
In part it would certainly make sense that the physical 'stress' - although we would also call it enjoyment
- that is placed on the body during masterbation is going to place 'pressure' in some way on the veins and nervous system as a whole. Blood pressure does play its part in tinnitus.
On one hand, too much blood pressure may make 't' worse or bring it about in the first place.
On the other hand, the ears as all parts of the body need a good supply of oxygenated blood to function well.
Masterbation which is slow, controlled, where the masterbater is comfortable and relaxed and not in any hurry
, is likely to place less stress on the body and as a result far less likely to ensue damage - like perhaps a frenzied succession of 'quickies'.
With regards to reversible, it's not so much that something can reverse it - although there may be some things that will do that - everybody is different and may have positive or negative results to any number of tried methods, but that it literally goes away of its own volition. In many cases an onset of 't' merely requires you 'stop' what you believed caused it in the first place! It could be any number of things, but certainly if you have good health in general, are getting sleep, and not stressed out, then anything out of the ordinary may bring it on, or on the other hand, stopping what you don't usually do when 't' arrived, may equally get rid of it altogether.
Cases are all so different depending on the person/persons life.
