Tinnitus Comes and Goes (Got Tinnitus from a Concussion)

Hey Guys,

I am new to Tinnitus. I've had it for a couple months and its the worst when i try to sleep.

Does anyone have experience with their tinnitus coming and going? I think I got my tinnitus from a concussion i suffered a few months ago.

Has anyone had tinnitus from a concussion as well? If so, I would love to hear your story.

My lack of sleep is destroying my life. Before this happened I was healthy, active, and fit and now i feel like i'm falling apart mentally and physically.
