I've only had it for two months so that's all I can speak to. for the last few days I have been consciously sitting up straight and not slouching. I still have it but it's 90% better right now. With that said, I keep finding things that I thought fixed it but they did not. Hopefully this will continue to get better. I use a foam roller in my chair and sit up against it, forces me to sit up straight. It looks funny and it's a little uncomfortable but not nearly as uncomfortable as tinnitus.
I've had horrible back problems since I was a child so my case is probably different than others and a lot more symptoms (nerve issues) other than just tinnitus.
