I am male 31, have had anxiety bout last year in April - fixed it. I work a lot but not in a stressful environment.
I have had neck pain in one side due to working a lot I guess.
And then all of a sudden I started hearing some sound in left ear in the night, I googled for it and I think I caught this tinnitus.
It is the 3rd day today and it's bothering me, I am planning to visit an ENT today to rule out any issues.
It doesn't bother me when I am around people whole day, but when I go to bed the sound is there and in the morning too when I wake up, and usually it's like when I know it's there, then the mind takes me there. I do not go to concerts and have not been exposed to loud sounds etc.
Any help on how do I move to kill this tinnitus before it becomes chronic? Or do I have to suffer with this life long? Do I have to love it?
