Tinnitus Matching Question on 8 kHz?

Right ear @8,000 measures 30db where left ear @8,000 measures 20db. Told my T match was 12db. Is this considered loud ?

mine was 5dbs with no hearing loss in first 8khz in quiet rooms its moderate loud for me it all depends on the person

Guess its all how one reacts. Those at 20 dbs doesnt bother them while someone with 2 dbs is freaking out. Guess thats what im trying to understand.
