Well after 4 months of been almost tinnitus free, it's back, with a vengeance. I really had forgot how wholly consuming it is & how unless you've suffered it, no one truly understands. I'm reluctant to socialise, and I am withdrawing, and I'm doing all of this knowing it's not what to do!
My husband says I'm paying to much attention to it, feeding it as such. He's right but until you experience what I can only describe as a rumbling noise with an intermittent squealing I'm not sure he's qualified to give advice!
I can only be grateful for the knowledge that it does fade & hopefully I will have another time, soon please, where I'm tinnitus free.
