Dear Forum Members,
Last week of September I got Tinnitus after having a perforated eardrum obtained by Trauma, hit against head. The eardrum has healed but the Tinnitus, hissing sound in the left ear remained, but gradually lowered over time. Now sleeping in at night becomes easier.
However since I have a couple weeks left in the acute phase I seek to try out some treatments.
Treatments tried or busy with:
I really hope someone can give me some advice or opinion here on this forum what to do next!
I will greatly appreciate any help and look forward participating in this forum here in the future as well as contributing to combat Tinnitus!

- 5 infusions one with cortisone
- over time took 30 Gingko 120 MG tablets
- took naftilong 200 MG (bloodflow increasing meds) three times a day for circa 6-8 Weeks
- alchohol free beer almost every day
- started prednisolon cure wednesday (cortisone in tablet form)cure will last 12 days in total
- Almost every day a magnesium supplement not exceeding 400MG sometimes just 100MG daily
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.....
I really hope someone can give me some advice or opinion here on this forum what to do next!
