Hi Everyone,
I've always had problems with pressure and my ears (on airplanes etc), and my eardrums do have scarring on them since childhood (not sure how).
Anyway, I've always swum a lot. It relaxes me and is good exercise, and I've never had a problem swimming without earbuds. However, today I went, and I think the chlorine levels were high but otherwise the pool was very quiet. Anyway, long story short is that it spiked my tinnitus. I'm handling it, and I want to try with earbuds, but I guess I'll just be bummed that this is another thing I can't do! Any advice?
Wishing everyone well,
Sam
