Hey everyone,

I have a question. I just started eating healthy again to lose weight and stay healthy.

So I started eating vegetables and again my tinnitus spikes...

I have read that salicylates might spike tinnitus.

Did anyone of you experience something similar? Should I just stick to eating healthy?

Or do I risk a permanent increase / spike of my tinnitus if eating healthy?

It's so sad that every time I start eating healthy my tinnitus goes up.

Someone suggested that after a while the body adapts and tinnitus goes back down.

Let me know what you think :)

Cheers,

Chris

I had this issue in the beginning. But after a while salicylates spiking my tinnitus. wasn't permanent. lots of other foods spike my tinnitus but its never permanent.

Christian82, I just read the easy small book, "The Healthier I ate, the sicker I got!"...

Due to Salicylates! I am going to be strict for the next 30 days.. and what's your experience?
