Tinnitus Spike from MMR Vaccine?

Hi, I am 27 years old, and have had mild tinnitus for years. I also was homeschooled, and never got many vaccines growing up.

Lately though, the Measles and Mumps have been on the rise, and I wanted to get vaccinated against them. So I got an MMR shot about 2 weeks ago.

All was good, but after about 10 days in I got hit with several days of extreme fatigue. Also my tinnitus has noticeably spiked, and it has me really worried. Will it recede back to normal? I'm kind of freaking out, and I wondered if this has ever happened to anyone.
