give yourself time nana, the sleep thing may be difficult for a while. your brain isn't used to it and your anxiety over the sound it telling your brain to pay attention to it. I woke up every three hours for a few weeks after I got it (I had especially bad anxiety, though), but now I sleep completely normally.
I think this is a pretty universal experience for people. Talk to your doctor or psychiatrist about different ways to deal with waking up. My doctor had me take half of something when I went to sleep and a bit more when I woke up.
