Uneven Balance and Headaches — Can It Be Connected to Tinnitus?

@larry wasicek I get headaches. Saw a neurologist who reviewed my MRI results and told me my headaches are stress related to the tinnitus. If you're experiencing imbalance, you may want to consult with a medical professional. It's not uncommon for those with Ménière's Disease to experience imbalance as well as those with an acoustic neuroma.

Does anyone have uneven balance and gets headaches or is it all ringing of the ears?
Could be vestibular migraine? Perhaps worth seeing a balance specialist or vestibular specialist. I have had balance problems but no headaches, been diagnosed with PPPD.

Do not rule out neuromuscular imbalance and musculoskeletal misalignment. Depending on the extent and scope of any imbalances or misalignment, migraine and balance issues may be related. Is one leg shorter than the other? Do you have a anterior, posterior, and/or lateral pelvic tilt? Do you have uneven shoulders? Does the middle of your neck go one way and your atlas go another? Is your jaw misaligned? Do you have forward head posture?

All worth investigating. Your body can misalign bottom-up and/or top-down and this can come with a whole series of cascading issues.
