Hi everyone, it's me again!
Last night, I slept on my left side (with earmuffs on). When I woke up, I had low-pitched fleeting tinnitus in my left ear, which eventually faded. However, today, I've been experiencing a vibrating-type sound in my ear every time I hear a noise or even when I move. It's like a gong sound, though I don't actually feel any vibrations—that's just the best way I can describe it.
It doesn't seem to match the typical symptoms of TTTS (Tonic Tensor Tympani Syndrome) or MEM (Middle Ear Myoclonus). Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? I was starting to feel a bit more positive these last few days, but now it feels like it's one thing after another.
Thanks!
