My Brother inlaws cousin died age 41 due to a tragic un foreseen accident 4 days ago not tinnitus related but life can be cruel.

My personal opinion is that he never got over witnessing his brother, Dimebag, being shot and killed in front of him. But, nobody knows as they haven't released the cause of his death.

He was a musician, so there is a good chance he had tinnitus and hearing loss. And they were heavy metal. Pete Townsend of the Who is mostly deaf. A lot of them were ear protection these days.
