What About Cochlear Transplants? A Brand New Set of Hair Cells?

Evening all, just going to float a really daft question out there.

There's heart transplants, lung transplants etc.

What about cochlear transplants? A brand new set of hair cels to go to concerts and clubbing with. Or do I need a brain transplant?

That would be an incredibly difficult surgery to perform.
