What sounds can you simply not stand, now that you've developed tinnitus?

I've recently developed low pitched tinnitus that fluctuates rapidly like the inflection of a voice in the next room...Safe to say, I now find murmuring, whispering, and low pitched radio/TV indistinct sounds very perturbing.
