What the heck is going on in my head!?

As you know, I have had constantly changing tinnitus in right ear. After a while I noticed ringing in my left ear too which wasn't constant so it wasn't as bothersome as in my right ear. Now my left ear started to keep beeping and changing noises too!!! I'm scared... I haven't done anything that could made my tinnitus worse

I think we sometimes go through some changes or our auditory and limbic systems does with tinnitus. I wouldn't be scared as I always found it went back to it's regular self. At first the spikes and changes were alarming but after awhile I just let it settle down and didn't worry about it. The more anxious you are the worse it will seem and this is what you should avoid.
