What Would Be the Ideal Place for a Tinnitus Sufferer to Live?

I was thinking the other day about what the perfect living situation would be for a tinnitus sufferer. I was thinking probably somewhere near a flowing stream.. perhaps where it rains frequently for the added white noise. Likely in a rural area.. away from city noises and police sirens... and probably somewhere with low elevation in case of ear pressure issues? Thoughts? :pompous:

Not by my school
It's been clossed for a week by flooding and completely gutted and emptied down stairs.
Open for two days and flooded again today.....

Unfortunately the sea sound does not mask my T anymore. My T is electrical sound and it can only be masked by shower or crikects(the crickets do not mask conpletely though)

I think I need to live in Amazon Forrest.

I'd live near nature, all nature. The tranquility of nature is such an amazing thing.

I live in the woods, and while tinnitus had something to do with that decision, the reality is that I am a creature of the pine forest, I grew up in the woods, and I was just never going to be happy or content or calm in a fast-paced urban environment.

I actually think that cities (and to a lesser degree, suburban areas) are bad for everyone. Noise and light pollution are stressors at a cellular level, and the more people and cars you're around, the more petrol fumes and heavy metals and toxins you're inhaling and ingesting.

I get that not everyone wants to live where I do, though -- I have to drive 25 minutes for a movie theater, 40 minutes for a walmart. But, I hate walmart anyway, and the advantage is that I can walk 15 feet out my back door and be in a forest.

If i had to pick, i would move in to my shower. When the water drops "explodes" to the floor, then i'm in T Nirvana, i feel such peace. Same when i was at a trip back home to my grandmother in Norway. Made a hike to a waterfall and just stood by the base of the waterfall, that euphoria i had for those few minutes. Damn it's biblical for a T sufferer! :)
