Where Is Bill Bauer?

To be honest there are couple of posters that seem to have disappeared...
Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't seen @Equalizer, @vermillion or @TracyJS for quite some time.

I know they all suffer horribly... is anyone in contact with them to confirm that they are ok?

TracyJS reached out to me via PM back in October, just to have someone to talking to, I replied but never heard back from her and have been worried ever since. I could tell she was really needing to reach out. I hope she's OK.

I was starting to miss your banter with @Bill Bauer as well. :p

To be honest I was thinking the same thing because I had a question for him regarding a dental procedure I have coming. I hope he is well and returns soon.
Jack,

I had one week ago pulled out both wisdom teeth on the right side. The lower one was impacted. It didn't spike my tinnitus once, in fact it has been quieter than ever in my right ear ever since then. But I don't get my hopes up, I expect it to get at the same level again, maybe it's just a fluctuation. If not, then I'm very happy.

Because of the surgery 2 other teeth lost their fillings. This did hurt a lot, and I have an inflammation in my jaw since then which hurts a lot too. I don't use any antibiotics because of my tinnitus but just hydrogen oxygen after every meal. I clean my teeth after the meal, flush with monoject 412 and hydrogen oxygen. I got the monoject from the doctor who did the surgery. I told him about my tinnitus and he was very understandable. I said that I was afraid of the antibiotics because of my tinnitus and he said use the monoject 412 and some hydrogen oxygen 3% 1:1 with water and you'll probably be fine. The pain is improving now in my jaw and teeth. I just use 2x500mg paracetamol a couple of times a day when needed which is considered safe for the ears.

Yesterday the dentist repaired one of my fillings. He was very understandable about my situation too. He used the drill in very short bouts and then gave me some rest in between. I didn't use any ear plugs as advised here over the forum because of the occlusion effect. It didn't affect my tinnitus in a single way. He used the most quiet drill, and it wasn't even that loud.

I was VERY afraid of the dental procedures before but I was afraid for nothing. I did have a lot of pain after the surgery and it was/is a bigger problem for me then my tinnitus. One year ago I did not suspect one could have bigger problems than tinnitus, but here I am. In fact my tinnitus got better after the procedures, while I was VERY worried for it to spike because of the western stories you read on the internet. My worrying was worse then the procedures, so the next time I will be relaxed about it, and I advice you not to worry about it,

Hope this helps,

Benoves

Thanks for the response!

I wish there was a dating thread on here!
No... Please I just..

I think of everyone on this forum as inert masses without genitals just suspended in a viscous fluid. I don't want to think of anyone on these forums having human parts :nailbiting:

Besides, everyone knows Bill is really a cat.

Interesting visual here....

This is a huge red flag I'm afraid.

I haven't been active here for months until recently when I decided to look "whats up" here. Tho I'm not as popular as Bill, but I really hope he started feeling better and felt that he no longer needs to be here. This is a great community don't get me wrong, but for many that habituate or get cured, they don't want to visit this "dark" place anymore and just wants to forget it and get on with life.

Or maybe he has a lot of things to do. Job, girlfriend, moving etc.

A huge red flag? She rated posts on TT last week.

Hope so! I like Bill.

My tinnitus is gone but I'm still round and kicking.

I have to say TFF you actually amaze me.
Rightly or wrongly, because of your perhaps fairly militant approach to this whole scenario, I had you down as quite a severe case.

From being a very stringent advocate for real targeted scientific cutting edge treatments, which could truly make a difference to the way we suffer, and rejecting Jastreboff and all the essentially 'therapy' based stuff, you suddenly came out and said that you no longer have tinnitus.

You could knock me down with a feather.

So what happened?
How did you get cured?
Those cutting edge treatments being researched have born no fruit yet - but you no longer have tinnitus??

Am I the only one struggling with this ??
Surely not.

Whatever happened, and however you achieved it, I'm impressed.

Our bodies and brains work in a mysterious way to say the least. There are actually lots of cases where peoples tinnitus has just disappeared out of the blue. Wether they had it for 1 week or 4 years.
