Who Would You Like to Meet from Tinnitus Talk?

When my friends and family ask me the theoretical question if you could invite any three guests for dinner in the world (you know they will come), who would they be? I respond the same way every time: LeBron James, Paul McCartney, and @Markku. Legendary trio.

NYC is loud...very loud all day everyday. Just be careful and protect your ears. Anyways.... I'd come to meet you all in NYC, just have to make advance reservations at a private venue where they wont have loud music.

I offer you this, McKinney rated top place to live in the us

there are plenty of good spots outside of say midtown or maybe Chelsea that aren't too noisy. The village, financial district, upper east/west side all nice and quiet, or at least not too loud. :).....

I got tagged for this thread (plus thanks @monacco !), but...Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, sorry folks. I just don't quite get it. If you can handle NYC as a venue of "choice"??? I guess I am on a different planet.
Maybe if it were the only place to get cured of T at some fancy hospital or whatever, (like stem cells in BKK). But sheeeeesh, no way. Sorry count me out of this one, but good luck to you all.
Best, Zimichael

@DebInAustralia
Exactly! We wouldn't have to wait for so many months and the location seems definitely quieter than the noisy NYC.
Just the fact that you thought about that shows your hospitality and that's so nice.

Its summer here...
Like four seasons in one day. I originally came from Melbourne before migrating to North Queensland. Spent time in Geelong partying as a Student Nurse long long ago. Do they still have the car rallies along the waterfront there?

As a long time and well known member of this forum, I would like to bring back a bit of realism to this thread. Exactly how do members of TinnitusTalk expect to meet up half way across the country - not to mention half-way across the globe - when we in the past have had trouble enough just to get members to click the "like" button on Facebook???

In addition, the topic of meeting "somewhere" has been discussed numerous times before - examples:
And to my knowledge, no efforts have so far ever resulted in a meet-up.

Keep it realistic and stick with something that might actually succeed - for instance a Skype group for TT...

Sorry to crash the party in this way - it's just... I have a hard time with unrealistic thoughts...

P.S. The topic of this thread was actually about who you would like to meet from the forum; not arranging a meet-up.
