Will Digging My Ears Make Tinnitus Worse?

I have not dug my ears for some time. I'm going to use cotton buds to remove the earwax. Will it make the T worse? I'm not going to dig deeply, but idk if that might do something about my T.

I would not use cotton buds Just use olive oil drops in your ears for a few days to soften any wax as cotton buds will push wax further down your ear as well as inflammation .
Then use olive oil weekly keep wax at bay....lots of love glynis

Never, ever 'dig' into your ears with anything. There is a saying, 'Never put anything in your ears except your elbow'.
Poking with cotton buds, hair grips, or similar could push the wax further in or perforate your ear drum. See your GP if you need your lugs cleaning.

Yes, it will make it worse it you dig it often. It's a sound close to your eardrum.those who 'dig' definitely work on their hearing loss therefore on worsening tinnitus.
