  • SERIOUSLY THOUGH, IT'S 2020. WHERE'S THE PILL TO MAKE SURE T DOESN'T GET WORSE? Hello? Hola?
    twa
    Hi,
Are you participating in the trial? Can I ask where you are located?
    L
@twa I'm not but there some outsiders who have posted positive results about the trial.
    GSC
Oooh, what were the positive results? Is it a long backread?
I came here to check in on people and new users, because I finally found my password.

@Bill Bauer lol what makes you say that? Are there not promising clinical trials in p2 going towards p3?
    GSC
I think the point Bill is trying to make that there is always something promising for how long he's been on here, but it's also always never like fully fleshed out either. Somehow, it drops the ball.
Hi, you had MES ? I'm experiencing that right now. How long did it take to go away for you and what did you do?
    O
Hey, thank you. Sounds like what my brain is doing right now as well. Will remember that

@Optigirl19 how is MES going? I get similar to GSC sometimes with similar sounds. Did yours resolve?
    GSC
    My MES completely resolved itself.
    I am still improving.

On my good days, I wake up to near silence. The other day, I barely, barely heard the ringing. But, we'll not settle on the fluctuation, I try not to. I'll see where I'm at a year from now, or another 2-3 months.
    M
That awesome. I'm so glade for you. I really hope that I get there too. I got it around the same as you but don't have luck on it getting better :( Its still an 8. Is yours somatic at all?
    GSC
Just protect your ears. My root cause of Tinnitus is an acoustic trauma, but my t does have somatic elements, yes.
hello 911.... i would like the magic pill that ensures tinnitus AT LEAST doesn't get worse. THANK YOU.
    acute
How are you going? Did you experience any improvement? I hope you are well. I think that you and I developed T more or less at the same time. I wanted to send you a MP but seems that I don't see that option in your profile.
    GSC
I'm doing well. My tinnitus is getting lower and softer. I'm losing tones. 3 days shy of five months in.
    GSC
i've been very very vigilant in protecting my ears. i was exposed to a firework right outside my front door, in the street right when i opened my room and had a spike. but thank god that went down and now my t is lower again.
Oh god. I feel like I'm being set off to war with fourth of july coming.
    GSC
I'm not either, but aren't some fireworks loud enough to still be concerning from indoors.
    Jack Straw
Depends on how close they go off to your house. Im going to have my ear muffs handy.
    Bill Bauer
What's with the fear mongering, Jack?
I've been taking NAC by NOW on an actual regimen instead of noise exposure and it lowers my T.
    M
Yeah i'm going to try NAC too. So you think its helping or natural recovery?
    GSC
I'm not entirely sure. It still lowers my T though.
    M
So 1 out of 10 what would you say your T is? From when it started to now?
I really have a guy's panties in a bunch because I said I'd steal his imaginary girlfriend. My power amazes me...
I don't know. It's weird. The speeding up and ramping up intensity is how I lost my first big tone too.
Okay, so I been drinking apple cider vinegar and just not a tone got rapid and intense like it was being sped up after I drank one --
Maybe your T is related to your gut health, that's why the cider vinegar is helping. You would know if it is a placebo
    GSC
Huh. Maybe... I think my spikes are related to inflammatory foods.
Apple cider vinegar really helps with my tinnitus, man. I don't know why - could be placebo, but it legit knocks down spikes in an instant
    GSC
I take one table spoon with an 8 ounce water bottle three times a day, mixed with nothing else. Maybe a lil more than a table spoon, because I sometimes pour, but that is it. Do more than a week if you don't notice any shifts or changes.
    rdz
Does it taste bad? I might try this and see how it works out for me.
    GSC
    It tastes like poo. @rdz
