god, I lost so much hearing.
exhausted..two nights I didnt sleep because of t loudness.
I am exhausted. T is so loud that I couldn't sleep. H has gotten worse again. I cant stand my own voice.

Just got back from Audiologist. Mild hearing loss in noisy areas.
Just took an online hearing exam, moderate hearing loss and hearing loss in noisy areas.
Didnt sleep one hour last night. T is a 9/10. Cant be masked.

Is it bad that I can hear my T over the tv, my own voices, other people's voices?
8/10 T is back..
I think I am getting better...
I accepted the fact that my Hyperacusis is permanent.

WOW..T yesterday was a 9/10 today its a solid 5/10...… H is still bad though.
Tinnitus is a 9/10 today....Hyperacusis bad.
