White noise doesn't work for me. Makes my tinnitus worse. Even when on low.

I also had a tinnitus spike after a 6 month lapse. I live in an apartment complex. Workers were hammering all day plus my apartment is right next to the one they were working on. Day 3: ringing and pulsing ALL the time!

I use the sleep pillow from Conair. Plays multiple sounds and has a timer. It is available at Walmart for around $37.00. It is helpful.

My tinnitus spiked yesterday after being quiet. I don't understand why this started again. I took a Xanax. But it has not subsided yet. I can't sleep, eat or think straight. Any ideas why this spike now?

I also believe I may have this. Quiet at night. But first thing in the morning till night pulsing all day! I also had an MRI that showed no issue. Someone posted about an MRA test. I may try that.

I also have pulsatile tinnitus 24/7. It's not bad at night. But first thing in the morning it starts again. Nothing stops this. So I know how you feel.

I used saline the other day. It made my tinnitus twice as bad. I have a sinus infection. I don't know what to use at this point. Maybe Prednisone.

Didn't work for me. Could still hear the ringing. I use a sound pillow instead.

My son sent me information about this wristband, Neosensory Buzz. Not sure it will work for pulsatile tinnitus. Anyone try it for pulsatile tinnitus?

I was actually able to sleep last night. I now only take B1, B6 and Magnesium. Hopefully this will help. The other meds didn't. Just a soft whistle at night.

No air conditioning for me either. Sound makes the tinnitus horrible. What's worse is I can't visit with my grandchildren very long because of all the screaming they do. Ages 6 and 4. They wonder why I can't stay a long time. :arghh:
