    Just had a car accident , I am ok , airbag deployed, car is totalled and I am a bit roughed up , mostly on my hands .Bad T and headache

    No , that is stock footage from Thailand I think,I just did the mirroring, editing and colour adjustments.

    Did Benzo give you T? I'm suffering with a new form of T that is now very reactive to sounds (goes up until stimulus is gone) and its base level is constantly spiking up and down and up and down every second. After recovering from flu made it all worse. Desperate to use something but I'm terrified of benzo's. Did you use a specific one that is a problem?

    A combination of Benzo and noise, I can not recommend any kind of Benso , do not touch that stuff is my advice and not only because of T . Its horrible stuff, stay away.

    Even low dosage? I'm ok with side effects as long as it doesn't contribute to damaging my ears (which is noise induced). But I'm getting worse and I heard some say that the benzo can calm the T a bit. But I do not want to chance it getting worse too, I'm really screwed.

    Well, It might help temporarily but is that really help ?
    Since it has no chance of making it better and a better chance of making it worse, to me its a no brainer.
    Eventually you will have to stop and that is a harrowing experience, again , I will never advise anyone to take that shit.

    I am doing ok, managed to get my little company on its feet, just had felt I had to leave , not entirely sure why ?
    Have come to the site every now and then and checked up on you guys. To be honest I am not doing much better T wise.

    Well, Congratulations! That's great news. Im glad you are moving forward even with t. I stopped coming for a little while too but like you, always came to check on the group every now and then. Dont go for too long ok, we need some good guys around here. ;)

    Tired too... I guess if you don't have H (or mild), you should find a new way to make music at low volume. You could discover a whole new art and a lot of things about yourself.

    sounds like a good sign. I never experience silence. It's basically always the same. Maybe one day you'll get the silence and the T won't come back. Best.....
