I've talked to so many amazing people because of these afflictions. Seems like the really kind people are more prone to these conditions. I love you all.
I love you brother. You are one of the most people I've ever come across in my life. I've known people my whole life and never felt a connection like I do with you. Would of killed to have you as a siblings, I wish we could meet. So sad to meet a true family member and it be stifled by these horrible conditions.
@Jerad, do you know what's going on with Chinmoku? Do you know what treatment he underwent? Did he find the cause of his constant deterioration? I'm asking because I have the same symptoms as him, same reaction to medication, daily aggravations, I'm in a benzo trap. I'm close to death. Can you help me? My only chance is to take a treatment similar to his.
I would not care so much if it did not get worse but it just gets worse. Very reactive to sound. Very reactive to foods. Very reactive if I clench my teeth. Very reactive if I move my neck. Very reactive if I touch the right side of my head around my ear. I had 5 months of insomnia and I think it killed my nerves and health
I think I have just developed H. Should I go on Mirt? I am getting really desperate. All meds to calm you down are bad for T. In the las three weeks by T has spiked daily with zero relief. I go to family for dinner it's loud. If I wear ear plugs chewing and talking too loud. I need help that does not exist
Hello - it seems like mine gets worse daily. How do you put on ear muffs and ear plugs if it is very loud? When I put them in my tinnitus is crazy loud. I have musicians ear plugs. Even if I put them on my T is way to loud. I can't do it. It's getting worse by the minute please help. I can't stay inside the house all the time
@Jerad Is fleeting tinnitus a bad or good thing? Could it mean the brain/ears are trying to recalibrate and adjust back to normal again? Have you experienced occurrences of fleeting T
@Jerad Unfortunately I fear I may fall into that severe category. From what I understand, the chances of it getting better are worse once it gets that bad? Mine is very loud, reactive, T and H with ear ache. One ear worse than other
@Jerad Have you noticed any improvements once yours became severe? And if so, how long did it take? I appreciate any helpful advice you could give, thank you
@Jerad I'm still early in my recovery process. It seems like you would recommend not doing any sound exposure therapy, correct? What else can I do to give myself the best chance at healing and improving?
Is your drone constant? Mine is often intermitted, sometimes constant, sometimes louder, sometimes quiter. Impossible to habituate to this. It changes with my head position.
I hope there is a chance thst it goes away. Ive read some low drone posts here, where people got rid of it.
God bless you i cant believe you had this since 2 THOUSAND AND FREAKING TWO! *MIND BLOWN* you are a veteran OG for real. the 90s and early 2000s were such a wonderful time and it saddens me you couldnt enjoy those years to the fullest. post 2013 when i got tinnitus everythings been a depressing down slide blur. ive literally just been existing for the past 9 years like a zombie. so i can only imagine.
Hey Jerad. No zaps here. sometimes sensations yes.
I was reading about zaps. it seems to be a common effect of WD and/or switchng from AD to another, along with hyperexcitation from extreme stress. Is this the case for you?
