    NAC and ALCAR should be cycled i think. Magnesium you can take, although it will be good to run some blood tests. Also a small amount of Omega 3 i nice too. All other supplements should not be taken for very long, unless you ran some tests and know that you are defficient in some(B12, D etc.).

    I have had Methylprednisolone infusions. After that i had 10 days withdrawal period. It did make my T quieter. Bu it also changed it to a lot more disturbing sound and also it added one more sound(also terrible). So my experience with this drug is ... not so good i think.
