I use Elacin ER 25.. They are custom mold, dampen around 23dB.. I like them a lot.. Easy to carry and within 5 seconds they are in your ears.. They have changeable filters if the attenuation is not enough for you.. Don't know about other brands.. Using this for about 18 years now :) every 3-4...
