Well, it wasn't really a party. It was more of a family get together sorta thing. There weren't any loud noises, just talking.

Tinnitus hasn't spiked much. Feeling fine! Next year... it has a come back.

I think an ear infection is responsible for the ringing.

I have T and I'm only 14 years old. But I've had it since I was 13. Had it for almost a year, too.

Actually, I don't play with headphones. Even way before I got tinnitus I've been playing with just speakers. I like to play Team Fortress 2 and Garry's Mod.

My hearing test was months ago, too.

I forgot what db but I remember the doctor said my hearing is really good and it's normal.

Doesn't affect my T, so it probably won't affect yours.

It depends because everyone's brain is wired differently. So different people have different reactions to certain ingredients.

I don't listen to a white noise using earbuds or headphones. I listen to them using a white noise machine. It's a rain sound btw.

Unfortunately, my T has spiked again. Last night I could not sleep with a white noise and my right ear and my left ear both ring louder in low pitch noises. By left ear makes a strange, low pitch machine-like noise that sounds like morse code...And also seems to be loud when a pillow is on it...
