It suppresses mine, I’ve been on it for almost a year, .25mg three times a day. I have not experienced any negative side effects. I went two days without taking it once and I was fine. I have not felt a need to increase but everybody’s different with medicine.

I did in the beginning, it was terrible driving in the car was a nightmare, the sound of a plastic bag even hurt my ears. But I used mindfulness to overcome that. I told myself over and over that these sounds were not going to hurt me or my hearing and eventually it went away.

Happy for you and I am hoping the same miracles can be said with other types of tinnitus. Most success stories I read are that of noise induced tinnitus.
