Hi @Deamon22, thank you for your message. I tried foam earplugs already but I don't find them very comfortable, and it's not very easy to talk with them. I also find that they're not very easy to insert properly :/ So I hope those custom plugs would offer me more convenience ^^

Using your laptop on your lap or stomach generally results in a bad posture, which can strain the neck and, I believe, impact the way we perceive tinnitus.

Why? I never had any problem with earplugs in more than 20 flights. It's not like it prevents Eustachian tubes from functioning properly :bored:

Hi and welcome here, You did everything you could healthcare-wise: you saw an ENT and you were prescribed Prednisone. I think the only thing that can really help now is to try to keep a positive mindset, and not convince yourself (and your brain) that this noise signal will be here for life...
