Yes, and I think that chemical drugs are mainly done for the business of the laboratory not to firstly cure people. I would say that we may try natural treatment before trying experimental drug and being the human rat for laboratory.

Yes for me this sensitivity is linked to the shit side effects of AM101. Computers , fans, electronic devices increases the level of my T instantly. When you work in an office with a lot of computers it is a nightmare.

For me the only improvement I had was between my T onset end of March and my first injections 2 months and a half ago. I remember one morning at the wake up where I didn't hear my T during several minutes. Since the first injections the T has changed but in the wrong way, it is very intrusive...

Anyway Hopeful1 i hope you will get some improvement and not a worsening of your condition.

Yes but people who get worse from AM101 can be rejected from the trial because they want to use other treatment or drug instead of waiting few months without any solution except the follow up.

I agree hopeful1. And perhaps within the first weeks (one or two weeks , not month(s)!) since onset. I am then really suprised about the T severity results already published in 2014 showing 65% people with much improved/very much improved compared to the placebo with 35%.

If AM101 fails and results are not sufficient to get the approval from FDA then it will really difficult for Auris Medical to put money on other T research. They invested more than 30 millions USD for the clinical phase 3. As a consequence it will be a really hopeless for all of us. That is a mess.

Before injections i was able to drink few glasses and to forget my tinnitus and now it is no more the case T is much more intrusive and keep me from being well in this "drunk" situation. Do you have the same feeling ?

@Ian Mac thank you for your feedback. I think I will try hearing aids or other in the next few weeks before becoming suicidal (I am really not far away as every minutes of my new post injections life is a struggle).
