    Suicidal

I agree with this, unfortunately. I'm not immediately suicidal but every month that passes, I lose more lifelines so I can't guarantee this won't be me at some point. But I also know it won't change anything. Early on a friend told me, "listen if anyone in the world can hack this, it's you."...

So, not only would your new hair cells...

You will probably never acknowledge this because you admire Trump too much but he often takes credit for things he has nothing to do with. He was already touting record stock numbers early in his presidency when he hadn't enacted any policy that would have affected them. He was coasting off of...

And weirdly rats seem among the most empathetic. A rat will preferentially pull a lever (when trained and given the choice) to help another rat in distress over food, access to mates or drug rewards. Mammals are wired for love and nurturing. Look at Koko the gorilla and her pet cat.

@Guywithapug , hearing aids have zero impact unfortunately. My damage is only OHC above about 10000hz, below it's a combination stria vascularis damage, IHC and possibly central damage, too. The only "music" that sounds remotely normal is wind chimes one note at a time.
