I really do agree. Took about a year of integrative therapy sessions to realize this. Had horrible insomnia even prior to getting the 'tee'. So much better now. If you're doing therapy pls stick with it.

If you have underlying ergonomic/pain issues with your neck, trapezius, jaw ect it's not a bad idea to use this as an excuse to focus on correcting them imo. Worst case scenario you'll address at least one chronic issue, but could possibly also help your tinnitus. Might be of interest...

Maybe. Wouldn't be permanent. If I were in a recreational state I'd probably take the 1:1 CBD/THC edible products fairly regularly. Maybe look into that if you are just dipping your toes in? Shouldn't be too dramatic or intoxicating.
