I seem to have been struggling a bit lately, to be honest DL - a bit up and down of course, as you realise.
I love graphics and good encouraging slogans.
I usually change the words if I think they are wide of the mark.
I put them up to encourage others - but don't be too fooled by that - I often need to encourage myself also.

Sorry you're struggling mate, you're really one of my favorite people here, and absolute rock. Maybe a walk in the countryside, a massage from the wife, some beautiful food, hugs and kisses from your family. I need you up, it keeps me going, honest mate. I hope you rebound fast, you don't deserve to suffer, maybe listen to some of your favourite music softly, blue train, or whatever floats your boat. I am on the night train with my son, he's sleeping, I actually couldn't hear my tinnitus for the first time in a year. I know it's there, but he scored a hat trick, and played tough as nails. I cried so hard man. I controlled my agro, I know the tinnitus is gonna come back with a vengeance, but for this brief moment I am feeling tops. I want the joy for you, so get on it daddy oh, and when you feel it let me know, cause it lifts me.

Be strong...coping sucks...but it's what we do 24/7, get a massage, treat yourself and the missus to something divine. Need you back at 75 percent at leat. Hang in there maestro...
