2024 US Presidential Election

With the election just a few days away, all of us should prepare for our preferred candidates to lose because nobody has the slightest idea of what the hell will happen.

Harris is up 3 points in Iowa. Damn, what the heck... If this is even remotely close to being true (I mean, this is a Seltzer and Co. poll we're talking about here!), then Trump's toast. If Harris manages to win IA (a state where Donald Trump has won by significant margins), then it is very likely Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvanian will go to her as well. Remember, those are the only three states she needs in order to win single-handedly.

With IA, she would have 285 electoral votes. And then there's Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona up for the taking... It doesn't even matter if she loses Iowa because that state was never in play in any forecast. Trump is supposed to be up in Iowa by 6-7 points, and he's not. That's alarming for him, and it's a pretty damn good indicator for Harris in the Midwest, even if she doesn't take Iowa.

No wonder Trump is already accusing Pennsylvania of election fraud lol. Their internal polls must not look good.

More information from the Selzer polling on abortion. These are middle-aged white men, by the way:

It looks like abortion is coming back to haunt the GOP once again. Who could have seen this coming? Oh, wait...

Abortion policies under Roe vs. Wade were among the most permissive in the world, if not the most. Many people have religious objections to it, and others consider abortion to be a violation of the civil and human rights of the unborn. Abortion laws are best left to the individual states to determine. There are morning-after pills and various forms of contraception. Harris devoted far too much of her campaign to abortion.

Because it's an important issue that strikes a chord with women voters of all ages. A major demographic that could very well cost Trump the election.

Everybody already knows her position on abortion. The biggest problem with her campaign is that we do not what she is planning to do about many other important issues.

I don't mind who anyone votes for, but I have a question for the Trump supporters here: if he loses, will you accept the results of the election? Apologies if this has already been asked.

My sincere hope is that over the next four years, we can begin to make meaningful changes that improve life not only for Americans but for people worldwide. We need to remember that we're all human beings with hopes, dreams, and loved ones. Over the past decade in American politics, I've observed an increasing tendency to generalize, dehumanize groups, and lose sight of one of the core pillars of our society—seeing beyond labels to recognize individuals. On a one-to-one level, I see beauty in most people I meet, but in groups, we too often reveal a self-destructive hostility.

We're spiraling down a path we may not be able to return from. Democracies are fragile, and we take ours for granted. It isn't perfect, but it's ours. It's time to move beyond juvenile back-and-forth.

Wishing everyone here peace as we move forward.

Sincerely,
CB

I thought you attended Trump's MSG rally and changed your mind about the Common Sense party. Many people think Kamala Harris is the worst Presidential nominee in American history. She is a low IQ person, as you should be aware of.

Why do you think that is? A strong woman, and she's half Black. Scary stuff, huh? So un-Trumpish, right?
She is a low IQ person, as you should be aware of.
Really? Where did you hear that?

What does that say about your guy? Even his old "good-time buddy with questionable morals" describes him as pretty ignorant.

Maybe you should worry about your own IQ for a moment; it might be lower than Trump's golf handicap.

Now go see if you can peel an orange!

She is not strong enough to run this country effectively, no matter what sex she is or what skin color she inherited from her ancestors. If her supporters can't see that now, they will soon enough if she wins.

Ah, that's so sweet of you to say! But didn't you used to call her a whore? She worked the corners, didn't she?

If she wins, give her a chance. Maybe she'll teach America how to laugh and love again. Or do you believe fear and hate are what make America great?

Trump losing will be perfectly acceptable, as long as it is not due to cheating by the Democrats.

If foul play is discovered, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will not idly stand by and neither should others.

You expressed it much better than I did in my somewhat clumsy attempt a few posts back. Democracy, respect, and tolerance; they are all interconnected and are what made America, Europe, and the West prosperous.

Out there in the more remote regions, they have only dictators and emperors. Every so often, the population reaches a breaking point, and everything erupts into chaos. Afterward, the survivors are left to scrape out a living among the ruins of what remains.

Do you mean like last time?
If foul play is discovered, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will not idly stand by and neither should others.
So, you regard them as your "judge and jury"?

Why don't you just say no?

The common sense party, you say?

Do you mean the folks who believe the Democrats can control the weather and are out there engineering hurricanes to destroy red states?

Honestly, you might want to consider rebranding to the Conspiracy Party.

She would not be in the White House today if she did not trade her body for political jobs at the taxpayer's expense. I don't know how else to describe it. Forget the gallantry; she's not worth it.
If she wins, give her a chance.
She's had her chance for four years, never spoke to the border guards once, and she failed to keep the illegals and criminals out. The National Border Patrol Council endorsed Trump for president in 2024.

She was not selected to run in this election by voters in a primary; the Democratic Party installed her. That's not the way things are supposed to be done.

I have no problem with a Harris and Walz victory, as long as it is done without cheating. Fortunately, Elon Musk and others in Trump's potential cabinet will not let this go unchecked if Harris is declared the winner.

Making my prediction. This is my current map for the 2024 elections:

IMG_1715.png

Kamala Harris wins. It's going to be a bit similar to 2020.

Key takeaways for me.

— At this point, I'm pretty confident Harris has the blue wall states—specifically Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan—locked in. The polls in these states have been trending in her favor lately, and the Selzer poll pretty much assures me she has them. I expect a massive voter turnout from women in these states when all is said and done. I also watched her rally in Pennsylvania today, and she showed a lot of confidence about winning there, almost as if she knows she's going to take it. The Harris campaign's internal polling for Pennsylvania must be looking good.

— Democrats could try to make a play for Iowa, but I'm still giving it to Trump just to be cautious.

— The Trump campaign has been spending these final days before the election in North Carolina, when they should be focused on Pennsylvania, going door-to-door for votes. It's not a good sign if they're concerned about losing ground in North Carolina (which went to Trump in 2016 and 2020). I think Trump will probably still hold on to North Carolina.

— Georgia is interesting. It went blue in 2020, and I think it could happen again. The trends look good there for Democrats based on early voting and exit polls lately. Trump is going to need this state if he wants any real chance of getting to 270 electoral votes. Maybe his base will miraculously turn out in large numbers on Election Day. Georgia is definitely a "wait and see" scenario.

— I'm not sure what to make of Nevada and Arizona. These are, in my opinion, the hardest swing states to predict. It could go either way, but I'm giving Arizona to Trump, as he has consistently maintained a narrow lead in Arizona polls throughout the election cycle. Regardless, as long as Harris has the blue wall, it won't matter if she loses both Nevada and Arizona.

See you all on the other side!

Joe Rogan, recently referred to by Bloomberg as "widely accepted as the most popular podcaster on Earth," has endorsed Donald Trump for president. He credits Elon Musk for influencing his decision, calling him "the great and powerful Elon Musk."

Rogan said, on X, that Musk "makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you'll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that's an endorsement of Trump."

Only a damn fool would vote for Harris-Walz IMO.
I actually watched Trump on TV at a campaign event rattling on with no substance, no policy, no detail about how he can accomplish anything with his vague promises. He says he only has "concepts" of a plan after all these years. A lot of it was just random comments and incomplete sentences. He really seems to have some serious dementia going on there, much worse than I've ever seen from Biden. He's just rattling on without saying anything meaningful. He must have a very low IQ. I don't see how anyone with a brain would possibly vote for him. If he wins, it will be because of the uneducated. Harris is the obvious best choice for president by a landslide. It shouldn't even be close.

Harris got zero primary votes when she ran for President in 2020. She could never do a 3-hour interview with Joe Rogan as Trump did. I cannot envision Harris becoming President unless the Democrats cheat somehow.
