Silence it's better or pink and white noise? Can I use the fan?It should improve over time as long as you protect your ears when you go outdoors. Use quality ear plugs. Some folks use sound therapy but others say you need silence and time to let them heal. Sometimes the level of my tinnitus drops overnight so I'm hoping they're right. Good luck to you. Keep mentally strong. You'll have good days and bad ones but hopefully you'll come through it stronger.

It tends to fade for most people. It improves over time?
H is even more likely to eventually be over than T. It might still take 6-12 months before it happens. How about ... moderate hyperacusis.
Who else got tinnitus and all these symptoms after an acoustic shock trauma?
It improves over time? Any recommendations? Supplements?

Trauma one 1 ear but t on both.on both ears?
did you do DPOAE?
How is yours so severe?

I agree with Michael Leigh that an ENT should investigate the cause of the burning ear pain. The main thing is to protect from anymore dangerously loud sounds with ear protection when you're outdoors. Road drills, motorbikes etc, have potential to make you worse at the moment as I know to my cost. Try to keep calm and relax as much as possible as otherwise anxiety can take hold. Try to lose yourself in a good book.
