But isn't the goal here to regenerate out hearing with this stuff by causing expression of atoh1 which regrows hair cells?

You know. We would be first in history who made this. Besides I'm tired of this shit anyway. I would not like to have to be interested in this at all.
 
You'd think there would be biotech firms all over the world racing to develop a treatment. Right now. Nope.

Yes, this is probably our only hope. This will take years unless a miracle occurs. My tinnitus has gotten significantly worse over the last week and a half as well from noise exposure. I'm really scared for my future, and my family because this will surely affect them as well.

Since the reticular lamina is only displaced by approximately 2 nm at 70 dB sound pressure level, it is essential to have this maximal obstruction of fluid flow so that limited movements of endolymph at the tallest stereocilia causes enough displacement to stimulate IHCs. Embedding a kinocilium into the overlying tectorial membrane and reshaping IHC stereocilia like vHC bundles would hamper this IHC function. In contrast, presence of a kinocilium and embedding it into the tectorial membrane is fully compatible with basilar papilla mediated sound sensing in other vertebrates.

Problem can be wrong shape of Ihc and lenght of cilias and distance from their roof.

Officially not but anywhere yes where blackmarket exists. Would you try?

Frequency have their own way to transport medicine to inner ear.
Other cases it would be washed out and not reach cochlea, i think.
It would be too easy other way. Intratymphanic injections are not any novelty. That's why im trying to find way to orally modulate the genes.

we need to scheme on finding an ENT to just inject our ear drums with 7,8 dhf, bisphosphonate, and EGF. it is a big world, fuck America and the EU.

yup, going back on high doses of curcumin. that really seemed to help more so than anything. I can't handle day long super spikes. then again im not ever sure if it is the supplements or the noise ive been exposed to. this is a confusing nightmare/
 
Is disappearance of tinnitus and hearing complete silence (complete silence, even my reactive tinnitus from ultra high frequency hearing loss in right ear) normal thing? I woke up and had some hum but I slept for some hours more, wake up and it was normal. Like before. Zero.

Last days are the best. It is quieter and less reactive everyday.

Is it normal behavior for tinnitus that it is being silenced in silence?

I have neuro-lyme.
I have many more strange symptoms (shaking vision) but my vestibulo-ocular reflex and optocinetic responses are good (wtf1) I lost some of my hearing after amoxycillin (wtf2) and get green toxin stains on face.

What do you think about it.
Can be this all neurolyme related?

I wish we were super rich and could fly back and forth to America and Poland and set up labs like Neill Breen/Batman and figure this out on our own. I really think we could make rapid progress. We are totally assuming HC regeneration would solve our issues. Plus there is a consideration of systemic vs local gene manipulation which may be the entire impasse.
