Stress is always a factor; meditation is advised. Make sure to take enough breaks from your phone as well.A bit stressed. I use my phone a lot also. Can't fall asleep at all because it keeps showing me weird visuals and stuff. I hope I can get used to it, or else I'll go crazy.
