Nothing besides chronic pain and locked-in syndrome comes to mind...
I know several people for whom it disappeared, directly. One after a year and several after a few monthsI't not that far removed. I know this person, and it's a true story
I think it not working would be the most minor of annoyances. I'd give it up for $50,000.The muscle between a male's legs

I have a pretty strong libido (I decided to delete the statistic about the number of daily ejaculations I normally have). I'd compare the amount of enjoyment I get from that to the enjoyment of eating a pastry. I had stopped eating dessert (and anything that contains sugar) many years ago, and I don't miss it for a second.Come on man I prefer tinnitus.....

Luckily that had never happened to me during my teens and 20s, and now even if it were to happen, I think I could easily handle it as a result of hormone impact on one declining as one ages.If you have the urge but no erection it's a madness comparable if not greater than tinnitus.
Why would you want to do that?you could still father children
