May our Lord Jesus Christ be with you Glynis ! Will keep you in my prayers. Remember that Jesus controls all the cells in your body and will restore you to health. As Christ is so are we in the world. Keep the positive expectation of good

I'm 6'7" tall and covered in tattoos!! This tinnitus crap isn't afraid of no one!! lol
Are you really 6'7" Mike? Hey, maybe your height is the reason for your tinnitus. If you read this forum, everything causes it. ;) Remember Mike, per the post above, Christ controls every cell in your body. Unfortunately, lately he's been on holiday.
Keep fighting Glynis :huganimation:

No! I'm actually 6'1 but thought it might be a little humor to add to the thread!!

Regards. Hope your doing well!!
I'm 6'1" too btw. Not a lot of 6'7" guys walking around.
I'm doing ok thanks. Sad however to see the level of suffering on this forum.
Maybe my tinnitus will take me to that unfortunate level as well but hopefully not.
Cheers brother.

Go Glynis!!!

Sad however to see the level of suffering on this forum
I am actually happy to hear everyone's issues and struggles. Here on Tinnitus Talk, they can be free to express everything they are going thru and know most members here can grasp and comprehend how serious these issues are no matter what. I see comments like, "they probably only have mild T and it will go away crybaby etc etc". Anyone who expresses their true feelings deserves the respect and understanding from his/her fellow sufferers. They had the guts to open up and should not be dismissed as someone without a clue! Just because I have been thru the real hell does not mean your hell or her hell or his hell is any different.

Hang in there hiss. Time is the greatest healer. I sure hope yours never increases or you never have to suffer other issues to top off this nasty T business. We all have the rest of our lives to go. We need to be strong for ourselves and all others who lean on us for support here.

There is much suffering here but there is also much love. Life is what you make it to be. No one said you were going to be 100% healthy until your 90! No contract at childbirth. When our lives were running well, we expected a continuance. Then things like this come up. It's scary especially when it first happens. Makes you understand how those suffering the plague in the past century felt when they contacted it. Back then it was a death sentence. Tinnitus feels the same in the beginning. It sort of is in some ways. It can be a death to your old life!! You need to teach yourself that you still have another life. The life with tinnitus. This will kill you if you allow it too. Stress, anxiety, depression, all slow killers. It's horrible unless you can grab onto a new beginning!!

Hope your doing well Glynis. I realize this thread has "evolved" some but we are all thinking about you daily!!

Sorry i have been slow to wish you well and send hugs Glynis but i have not been able to access the forum again for two or three days.
I hope things are getting better for you and send you strength and friendly love . You have supported me many times here ,thank you .

Hi @glynis ,
I was so sorry to hear of your illness, and hope you are feeling some
relief now that all those tests are negative.
I am sending my most positive thoughts to you and praying for
healing each and every day forward. :headphone:
