Hip Hop Music Thread

lmao, Rosenberg if such a cornball but he pulled together a legendary Hip-Hop moment, haha.
I was so sad Rock the Bells was cancelled before I actually got a chance to go. Wu Tang and Nas are coming through my area soon and I'm BUMMMED that I'm missing it.

I had so many people I wanted to see on my list still.

Didn't know about Eligh. Damn.
Yeah and the tweet is from 9 years ago so who knows how it is now. I feel like underground artists are even more inclined to have tinnitus/hyperacusis from performing in small venues (shitty acoustics) and not necessarily having a team of experts around them when they're first starting out to guide them as compared to industry plants.

Whoa there's a hip hop thread on TT lol. I didnt know Eligh suffered from tinnitus... The grouch actually lives in Hawaii and they always come to my city and do shows. Cool to see Aesop Rock fans too. Was obsessed with him back in high school

EV has one of the sickest flows imo. Love the cinematography on the music video too.

A bit of a different vibe from all the old school/underground stuff on here but this project recently released, I really like this song:

The guy who did the album cover also has really cool artwork if anyone wants to check him out @mattrmccormick
