Hi everyone,
first: I've had a light tinnitus in my right ear for about 6 months and it's gone now.
I am not sure if it's gone because of what I did but I'd like to share my experience and since it's gone a few days after I started to train my ears I'm gonna tell you how I did it.
I do this like a half an hour a day max. What I do is I raise my eyebrows and close my eyes. When I do this I get a special feeling in the area of my ears, it's like I move the muscles inside my ears. So with permanent raised eyebrows and closed eyes I'm trying to move this muscles with eye movement, trying to push my eyelids firmer together when they are already closed. It's hard to explain but I hope some experience the same when doing this. It's also kind of very hard to do this for me since this area is not a common workout area but I think it helped with my tinnitus, so I share this experience and hope it helps some of you too
