Is Nebraska Hearing Instruments a Brand Name?

I've seen these mentioned in several posts but when I google it, it seems to be hearing aids sold at a place in Nebraska. So duh, I'm confused. Is there an actual brand name for these masking hearing aids? I'm new at this, do please pardon me if i am
asking the wrong question.

As far as I know, it's not a brand name (find here many of the popular brands), but only a shop that sells hearing aids.

It seems Nebraska Hearing Instruments mostly sell Audibel's hearing aids. This, at least, according to the descriptions of the product pages found here.
